Nihon Naukri Navigator (NNN) is a bilingual team based in Japan and India. We help Japanese companies hire Indian talent — for roles in Japan or in India — and support companies entering or growing in India with local operations, supplier sourcing and business development, as one coordinated engagement.
Our members studied at the Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs), the University of Tokyo and Kyoto University, and have worked within organisations in both countries. That lets us remove language and cultural friction and keep support practical.
